We collect your email address when you sign up or join the waitlist. When you use the PathFinder API, we log request metadata including task type, model routed, token counts, latency, and cost. We do not store the content of your messages.
Your data is used to operate the service, calculate billing, show you usage analytics, and send transactional emails (verification, billing receipts). We do not sell your data.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, and Neon for database hosting. Each processes data under their own privacy policies. AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, DeepSeek, Groq) receive your messages in order to generate responses.
Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@pathfinder.dev.
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@pathfinder.dev to exercise these rights.
