How cost is calculated
Each request deducts model cost + routing fee from your dollar balance.
total = (tokens_in x cost_per_1k_input / 1000)
+ (tokens_out x cost_per_1k_output / 1000)

Balance
- Top up your balance in Dashboard → Billing via Stripe.
- Minimum balance to make a request: $0.01. Below that you get a 402 error.
- A low-balance email warning is sent when your balance drops below $2.00.
- Per-key spend limits let you cap individual keys independently of account balance.
